1. Reservations / 予約について

All reservations made through this website are subject to room availability. A reservation is confirmed only upon successful payment processing. You will receive a confirmation email with your booking details and receipt.

2. Pricing / 料金について

  • All prices are in Japanese Yen (JPY) and include 10% Japanese consumption tax (消費税).
  • Osaka City Accommodation Tax (大阪市宿泊税) of ¥200 per person per night is charged separately and is shown during checkout.
  • Prices displayed on this website are per room per night.

3. Payment / お支払い

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and UnionPay via Square secure payment. Payment is charged in full at the time of booking. Your card details are processed securely by Square, Inc. and are never stored on our servers.

4. Check-in & Check-out / チェックイン・アウト

  • Check-in: from 15:00 (3:00 PM)
  • Check-out: by 11:00 (11:00 AM)
  • Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.

5. Cancellation Policy / キャンセルポリシー

Cancellation terms vary by room plan. Please contact us directly to request a cancellation:

  • More than 3 days before check-in: Full refund
  • 1–3 days before check-in: 50% of total charged
  • Same day / No-show: 100% of total charged (no refund)

6. Guest Responsibilities / お客様の責任

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the room or hotel property during their stay.
  • Smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms. A cleaning fee of ¥10,000 will be charged for violations.
  • Guests must comply with all hotel rules communicated at check-in.

7. Liability / 免責事項

Osaka Port Hotel L'espoir is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their belongings except where required by Japanese law. The hotel is not responsible for services provided by third-party booking platforms.

8. Governing Law / 準拠法

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Osaka District Court (大阪地方裁判所).
